Awards: 2nd prize at the Illustration Biennial 2001 (Aki Town, Japan), unpublished illustrations; IBBY Polish Section’s honorary mention in the ‘Book of the Year 2003’ competition for illustrations to Zielony, żółty, rudy, brązowy! [Green, Yellow, Russet, Brown!] by M. Strzałkowska; prize in the PTWK competition for the Best Designed Books of the Year for illustrations to Leon i kotka, czyli jak rozumieć mowę zegara [Leon and the Pussy Cat, or how to Understand the Clock’s Tongue] by G. Ruszewska and, for the same book, honorary mention of the IBBY Polish Section’s ‘Book of the Year 2004’ competition; also entered on the White Raven list (special distinction) of the Internationale Jugendbibliothek in Munich, Germany; prize in the PTWK competition for the Best Designed Books of the Year 2005 for illustrations to Wielkie zmiany w dużym lesie [Big Changes in a Little Forest] by G. Ruszewska (FRO9, 2005) and for the same book graphic award in IBBY Polish Section’s ‘Book of the Year 2006’ prize.
